Last updated: August 1, 2026

1. Who we are

Advertising Growth Agent is an internal managed-advertising operations tool operated by Hangzhou Mailuoer E-commerce Co., Ltd. (杭州麦罗尔电子商务有限公司). It is used by authorized company personnel to support clients who have engaged us to manage or analyze advertising.

2. Information we process

Depending on the services authorized by a client, we may process advertising account identifiers, campaign structures, ads, delivery and performance metrics, spend, conversion reporting, aggregated website analytics, and limited commerce reporting.

Shopify order reporting

When a client installs and authorizes our Shopify app, we use recent order records to calculate order count, sales totals, average order value, and product, SKU, and quantity summaries. The application is designed not to collect or display buyer names, personal email addresses, phone numbers, billing addresses, or shipping addresses.

3. Sources of information

Information is obtained from platforms connected by, or on behalf of, an authorized client, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics 4, and Shopify. We do not ask clients to disclose their platform passwords.

4. How we use information

  • To provide campaign reporting, analysis, anomaly detection, and recommendations.
  • To support authorized campaign operations after human review.
  • To maintain security, diagnose errors, and prevent misuse.
  • To comply with applicable legal obligations and platform terms.

We do not sell platform data or use one client's data to advertise to another client's customers.

5. AI-assisted processing and human control

The platform uses automated analysis to organize performance data and produce recommendations. Authorized personnel review recommendations and remain responsible for operational decisions. Campaign changes are not intended to be executed without the required human approval.

6. Disclosure and service providers

We may use infrastructure, security, analytics, and technical service providers to operate the tool. They may process information only as necessary to provide those services and subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and security, or as part of a corporate transaction subject to applicable requirements.

7. Security and access controls

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational controls designed to protect connected data. Access is limited to authorized personnel based on work responsibilities. API credentials and access tokens are treated as confidential and are not displayed to general users.

8. Retention and deletion

Information is retained only while reasonably required to provide the managed service, maintain security, resolve disputes, or meet applicable legal obligations. When access is revoked, service ends, or a verified deletion request is completed, associated data is deleted or de-identified unless retention is legally required.

See our Data Deletion Instructions for the request process.

9. Choices and rights

Clients can disconnect platform access through the relevant platform or contact us. Depending on applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other rights relating to their information. We may verify identity and authority before acting on a request.

10. International processing

Information may be processed in locations where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes to the product, applicable requirements, or our practices. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision.
